Each Soundbreak artist has been trained into an AI model that captures their songwriting voice, structure, and creative instincts — so when you collaborate, you're getting a co-writer inspired by their real-world style (but not their voice).
Do I own the rights to my song?
SoundBreak offers two types of licenses:
* Royalty-Free License: Allows you to use the track on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Content ID without collecting royalties. These tracks cannot be distributed to major streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) unless upgraded to a Distribution License.
* Distribution License: Allows you to distribute the track to all major streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and collect royalties. Royalties are split according to the 50/25/25 split mentioned above.

Soundbreak Radio is our community-powered feed where you can share your creations, get inspired by others, and discover new songs made with Soundbreak.
